Meet Sarah Wade

Clinical Nutritionist

Sarah Wade (preferred name Wade) is a Clinical Nutritionist and Certified Practicing Nutritionist, with a passion for helping people uncover the root cause of their health concerns and achieve lasting improvements in their wellbeing.

Wade holds a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition) from Endeavour College of Natural Health and is a registered practitioner with the Australasian Association and Register of Practising Nutritionists (AARPN).

Wade’s journey into clinical nutrition began after experiencing a rare kidney condition, which showed her first-hand the powerful connection between nutrition, lifestyle and long-term health. During that time, Wade learned how important it is to feel supported by practitioners who are empathetic, who listen carefully, and who take a holistic approach to understanding the drivers behind health concerns.

Wade believes that food and nutrition are the foundation of health, but that every person’s biology, history and lifestyle are unique. Rather than focusing on isolated symptoms, her approach looks at the whole person — your health history, your daily habits, your environment and your goals.

By asking deeper questions and exploring the “why” behind symptoms, Wade helps patients gain clarity about what may be contributing to their health concerns and what practical steps can help move things forward.

Unique Approach

What sets Wade apart is her understanding that probiotics are like living organisms that need the right fuel to grow and thrive. Different types of good bacteria rely on specific fibres found in certain foods — and when fed correctly, they multiply and produce positive health effects.

At the same time, some foods can trigger sensitivities or reactions, which can disrupt this process and slow down gut repair.

When clinical nutrition is combined with a gut health naturopath,(prescribes probiotics) you get a dual-practitioner approach that works on both sides of the gut — a model not offered anywhere else.

Wade's approach includes:

  • Clinical grade - personalised meal plans - delicious, nutrient-rich, with recipes and substitutions if needed

  • Functional & genetic testing integration - turning test results into practical food strategies

  • Real-world sustainability - no fad diets, just enjoyable meals that fit your lifestyle

  • Gut-first mindset - every recommendation supports digestion, balance, and long term vitality
