Yes. All recommendations are considered as to whether they are appropriate for you, and any potential risks for side effects or discomfort are discussed. We often work alongside doctors and specialists, and all our recommendations are designed to complement medical care.

How long until I feel better?

Bloating is a multi-faceted symptom with multiple possible causes which need to be explored further. If your GP gives approval for exploring natural therapy, clients can notice improvements in weeks, while others take longer. Functional testing ensures your plan targets your individual needs.

How is this different from seeing a GP?

GPs are fantastic! They are able to give you the green light in exploring natural health as a possible solution. While they are able to prescribe pharmaceuticals and refer you to specialists, their advice on diet, nutrients and other natural therapies is limited as it is not their area of training.
